Working with Sid has truly been a very enriching experience. Sid’s amazing way of leading / mentoring from the back, where he will let you handle all challenges in your way and will only step-in wherever requested or he himself feels required, brings out the best you. I have become more confident and proficient under Sid’s guidance and I cannot thank him enough for it. There is no doubt that he will nurture similar experiences wherever he goes and I wish him the best for his future endeavours. He will be greatly missed here.
